23 August – Live the heavenly life

Sunday August 23 – Outdoor Service
Coming Sunday we will have (weather permitting) an outdoor service again. You can also follow via the livestream (find the link in the ICF newsletter).

Jim Larson will preach about “Live the heavenly life” based on Colossians 3: 1-4.

As it is outdoors, there is no limit to the number of people that are allowed to come, as long as we keep the 1.5 m distance. That means that we can meet again as a congration.

It also means that there is no need to sign up for the service. You can come if you don’t have any Covid-19 symptoms and follow the guidelines we have in place.

There is even more good news! As the ventilation is excellent outdoors, we can finally sing together as a congregation! Let’s sing a new song unto the Lord as Psalm 96 says.

After the service there will be a moment of fellowship with coffee, tea and cookies.

We hope to see you there!

Practically:
Come at the usual time (service starts at 10:30)
Come only when you’re healthy
Bring:
Something to sit on (e.g. pillow, picknick blanket)
* Your phone (for the song lyrics) and an umbrella
*if you don’t feel comfortable sitting on the ground, we will provide a chair for you.
10 am Prayer meeting
There will be a prayer meeting before the service at the ICF homebase. Join us to pray for our congregation and Gods work in our midst as well as for Christians worldwide.
Babies and toddlers
There will be no special care for toddlers and babies. We ask the parents to keep their young ones with them.
Kids service
There will be a kids service in Zoom from 9:30-10:00.
